I HEART FALL!

Pinterest has me feeling very inspired lately!  I wanted to share a few Pinterest projects I've been working on!  They are all projects for my home, but I still thought you'd appreciate!  :)

I used Glow in the Dark Puffy paint (the kind for t-shirts).  It doesn't "glow" as much as I'd like, but it still looks super cute!
Front stoop decor!  I found the basket at Michael's.  I'm still looking for the perfect fall plant to go inside the basket.  Maybe a mum?
The mantle is super simple....lanterns from Wal-Mart and fall garland from JoAnne's Fabrics.  {I can't remember where the wooden pumpkin came from!?!}  I figured the bookcases were pretty busy so I didn't want to overdue it on the mantle.
I found this darling wreath at Joanne's Fabrics.  I bought the letter P at Michael's and decorated it with Mod Podge and gold glitter.  Gotta love Pinterest!
I fell in love with these when I saw them on Pinterest.  They were SUPER easy to make.  I gave them out as party favors at my Mom's 60th birthday party last weekend.
And last but not least....Mason jar floral arrangements for my Mom's party!  I wrapped each mason jar with burlap ribbon and then tied a lace bow over top.  The hydrangeas were super cheap so this project was fairly inexpensive overall!  :)

I've been BOOED! A fun October linky!

Thanks to Tanya Rae, I've been BOOed!  Check it out!

Here is how it works.   If you've been booed, copy and paste the above pic and these "rules" into your post.
1. Give a shout out to the blogger who booed you and link back to their site!
2. Share 3-5 October activities, books, products (yours or someone else), or freebie(s) that you love!
3. Share the Boo love with 5 bloggers.  Make sure you check this link to make sure you don't boo someone again: I've Been Booed List!.  Don't forget to tell them that they have been BOOED!
 4. Link up {here} so that others can find you and read about your October ideas!  And while you are there... check out the other great blogs!

My favorite October activities:

1.  Read-Alouds!  I have about a bajillion Halloween books, and I read several aloud every day in October. I'm not sure who loves it more...me or the kiddos?  =)

2. Art Projects like TORN PAPER PUMPKINS!
I didn't have a picture of my students' torn paper pumpkins, but check out these from TeacherTime123.

3.  TpT Halloween Activities

4. Giving treats to my kiddos!

Happy Halloween!  Have a spooky month!

The Magical Product Swap!

MrsStanfordsClass
I'm so excited to be part of The Magical Product Swap hosted by Jessica Stanford at Mrs. Stanford's Class!  For this swap, I had the pleasure of pairing up with Elita, Lisa, & Loriana.  These three have a wonderful blog called Teaching Rocks and an awesome store on TeachersPayTeachers!  Their store is filled with 67 incredible products.  For this swap, I had the opportunity to choose ANY product from their store to review.  I chose "Your Essential Teacher Binder: Classroom Organization Kit (Monster Theme)."
Can I just tell you how much I LOVE this product!?!?  I'm slightly obsessed with organization, binders, and cute monsters, so this product was PERFECT for me!  This product contains 73 pages of goodness!  After I downloaded, I enlisted the help of my trusty helper {Boise the kitty} and started printing, cutting, and assembling my Essential Teacher Binder!
I chose a bright green binder because I thought it looked great with the colorful monster theme!  Here's my masterpiece!
As you can see, I added tabs for extra organization!  These tabs are my absolute favorite because they are easy to move and adjust!  The sticky works well, and it's easy to move!

I created five sections: Planning, Meetings/Prof. Development, Substitutes, Student Information, & Goodies!  I also added a piece of colored card stock to the end of each section (see below).

This product is awesome, and I feel so organized and prepared!  Here are a few screenshots of the great tools you will find in this product.

I'm so grateful to the girls at Teaching Rocks for creating this invaluable resource, and I hope you'll check it out too!  Don't forget to check out Teaching Rock's blog to see which product they swapped from my store!

If you haven't signed up for my $25 Target gift card giveaway, take a second and do that now!  The giveaway ends in three weeks! :)
