When my kiddos started preschool, I began a tradition of sending a note to their teachers on the first day of school. This little survey helps me get to know the new teacher and find out a few of their favorite things. Throughout the year, I like to randomly treat the teacher to show them how thankful I am for teaching my child. This questionnaire makes gift giving at Christmas and end of the year so much easier. Starbucks and Target gift cards are always appreciated, but this printable lets me know more about the teacher's individual preferences.
I've also included a printable card that says "It takes a BIG HEART (and a bit of caffeine) to help shape LITTLE MINDS." Add a coffee shop gift card and you have the perfect Back to School treat for your favorite teacher!
